ACNE SURGERY: By this technique, blackheads, whiteheads and pustules are removed by opening the pores and using firm pressure with an extractor. Although this is uncomfortable, it is very helpful for some acne problems as the medications can only do so much to remove the long-standing stubborn plugs. The benefit of acne surgery is a more rapid and complete clearing of the acne.
